These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SoulScript software and website.

License

SoulScript is licensed, not sold. By purchasing or using SoulScript, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial creative projects.

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software

Reverse engineer or modify the software except where permitted by law

Share license keys publicly

Product Description

SoulScript is a downloadable desktop application designed for generating fictional character voice audio locally on the user’s machine. The software functions offline and does not require cloud processing.

Updates

Updates may be provided periodically. Minor updates are included within the same major version. Future major versions may be offered as optional paid upgrades.

Limitation of Liability

SoulScript is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for any loss of data, project interruptions, or damages resulting from use of the software.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as needed. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any changes.
